I just need to RAVE about Christine Braun!
DH and I were in a bit of a weird place with a house we had been negotiating on, so we decided to take a step back and look at what else was out there. I really felt like we needed the guidance of a realtor at that point, so I reached out to Christine. Even though our situation was wonky and she knew there was a chance it could work out that we didn't find a house through her, she took us on with energy and enthusiasm. She has been so helpful, attentive, patient....basically every kind adjective I can think of. And I am NOT an easy client  ! If anyone needs any real estate advice or help I would strongly suggest talking to Christine - no matter what the outcome you will not regret having worked with such a lovely, helpful person!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to post this, and for others' responses.
It is always a great experience when I work with LIF members, and it means so much to get positive feedback. I love what I do, and it's a great feeling to be able to help people through an important transition in their lives (whether it's buying or selling).

ITA! I am not on LI anymore but wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any of my family that are still there!
