I have this weird pinching back pain in my lower right side of my back...kinda near my butt.
What could this be? Sometimes it hurts so bad that when I get up it makes mealmost cry. I look like an old lady when I walk.
Is this Sciatica???

I've had it pretty much from 10 weeks. It comes and goes with its severity but man when it comes it's like a knife in my back butt!!!

I dont know how much im gonna be able to take. And its more difficult with a toddler running around say "Up" all the time.
This is really annoying.

sounds like sciatica..
i had it for a little while when I was walking on the treadmill everyday for 30 mins so I took it easy for awhile and started stretching....I haven't felt anything since
but I want to go back on the treadmill

Sounds like sciatica. Go to a chiropractor- they can help! Feel better.
ETA: My chiro usually suggests ice when this flares up.
