i have this terrible pain.. what could this be?
I have a terrible pain in my lower spine almost the part where your spine meets your butt. When i lay down its ok but sitting , walking,bending.. omg hurts so much.. any ideas?

I am sorry, I dont know what it is but my DH has the same thing. He came home from painting yesterday and could hardly walk.

thanks i dont think i did anyting except go to curves which i always do so who knows. hope your dh feels better soon.

I work in a physical therapy facilty, and I see this kind of pain often when someone over-exerts himself/herself, or even when someone SLEEPS wrong and twists his/her back.

I have the same thing, and I will tell you it is probably Sciatica. I get it all the time....When it acts up it is the most painful thing, and I cannot even walk. Thank god It hasnt been that bad for a few years.
You can go see a Chiropractor for treatment.
