I have the Flu and got AF for first time PP
And I am also having problems with my milk supply. Is this all related?

maybe, I hear AF can cause a decrease, it hasn't seemed to cause me any problems. Hope you feel better

AF definitely will make your milk supply dip, but its only temporary... it will happen for a few days each month usually at the very beginning or right before you get AF...

Yes, AF will definitely cause a temporary dip, also if you are on some medications, they can dry up your milk supply too.
