i have good news - but a little delema!!
I got a positive this weekend! I have my first doctors appointment on the 14th - i would love to tell everyone on christmas but my brother in law is having thier first tchild he first week of january. this is my second - should i not say anything until after they have thier baby? what would you do?

Hmmm, I think I'd mention it on Christmas; its not like you're telling people when they come to the hospital when your brother/SIL has the baby

I personally would announce if you feel comfie announcing b4 the first tri ends... I personally did not.
They are having their child in January... I don't feel that you would be taking away from them at all.

I think it would be fine for you to share your news at Christmas. I don't think you'll be stealing their thunder or anything.

I agree. Better then, then when their baby is born...that would be stealing their thunder. I'm sure they'll b happy 4 u anyways

In my family it would be totally fine if I said it at Christmas but everyone's families are different. Do you have a close sibling you can run it by, before telling the whole family?

I'd tell your SIL first and ask her opinion. She may want you to announce it sooner rather than when her baby is here.
