I have found the banana bread recipe I have been searching for!!!

I made this last night and OMG is it yummy!!!

This quick bread has it all: rich fudginess, moist texture and good banana flavor. Make it with really ripe bananas because they’ll contribute the most flavor. Look for ones that have deep-yellow, brown-flecked skins and soft flesh.

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (I used half whole wheat, half white flour)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

2. Beat sugar, eggs and oil in large bowl at medium speed until combined. Beat in banana and vanilla at low speed. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in medium bowl; beat into banana mixture at low speed just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.

1 (16-slice) loaf

PER SLICE: 215 calories, 9 g total fat (3 g saturated fat), 3 g protein, 34 g carbohydrate, 25 mg cholesterol, 90 mg sodium, 2 g fiber

I must say this is absoutely delish... I made this last night. I used 4 banana's .. OMG so good,
