i have a serious question
if someone gets booted from the site for intentionally causing trouble
and creates a new SN
and makes no effort to try and hide who they *really* are
do you engage them or avoid their posts?

I'd say nothing and not report them. If their behavior mimics their previous persona they will be found out.
