I have a day off - no kid, dog, or husband!!

I would like to spoil myself at a good spa..one where I can wear a nice robe and feel all fancy :)

Can someone recommend one (and even go a step further and recommend a massage therapist) in western suffolk - nassau or queens - TIA!

Ok, I know you said western suffolk, but I HAVE to recommend simply the best spa on the face of the planet - Gurney's Inn, in Montauk. They have all the spa services, plus a roman bath, eucalyptus steam room, eucalytpus sauna, gorgeous gym on the ocean, and indoor saltwater pool.

During the off-season, you can have full access to the facilities for $25, all day. During the summer though it's much more - don't know how much though.

I used to go there during breaks from law school, while I was studying for the bar, and I took my bridesmaids there the day before my wedding. LOVE the place...
