I hate them. I hate them all. I hate all our customers who call

No matter what I say to them it's not good enough. One of them just didnt like when I gave him a comparision so he called the CEO of our trust company and basically ripped him apart of how could he allow someone like me to work in the company. So the CEO called the call center manager who called me into a meeting and asked me "please tell me you didnt do what I am about to ask you. I know if you do something smart you tell me and when you didnt tell me about this I am trusting you really didnt do this" So he asked me and I told him exactly what I said and asked why. He told me what happend. And now the call center manager calls the CEO and do you know what the CEO said "So are you saying that the customer is a liar"

UM YES!!!!

So the manager is now dealing with the CEO and the executive director about what we say on the phones because aparently saying "yes I apologize for the wait but we are experiencing a high call volume" is just not good enough.

a 15 minute hold is just unacceptable and if they pay us to book their travel we need to pick up the call in less then 5 minutes and of course spend unlimited amount of time on the phone with them when they demand us to check every single Sandals resort and room type for the month of June for a 7 day stay.

I hate them! I hate the! I want to hurt them!!! And management just kisses their @$$e$ and could care less about the people who are getting abused on the phone by them

If we told these people that it would be 85 degrees for 5 days and it wound up being 83 degrees for 7 days they would b!tCh.

And the USA allows these people to vote for the president Some are just cruel

I cannot take them sometimes. And I hate how the more they scream and call me A Biotch, the more the managers kiss their A$$;es...Its just teh way of the world in Customer service unfortunatly!

I have had the worst liars of them all. Best advice...LEt them wallo in their miserable lives where they get off picking on someone cause they are unsatisfied with themselves and let it go( as very very hard as it is!)

Though someone did tick me off so I did deactivated their account on "accident". I guess their was just a glitch in the system. That brought me about 10 min of satisfaction knowing it really ticked them off
