There's talk that she will be investigated before they release the babies from the hospital. They are going to assess whether she can accomidate and care for 14 kids!

Unless I missed photos of overflowing toilets or something, I don't think it's disgusting.
Crowded, yes, but not disgusting.
I don't know how she's going to fit 8 more children in there. They are packed to the gills. I don't know how she would've fit 2 more if she had got what she wanted in the first place!

I was expecting to see food and filth everywhere. I see writing on the walls from kids and toys everywhere. Not exactly ideal, but I guarantee there is MUCH worse out there in homes that aren't being scrutinized like hers.

Not disgusting IMO, definitely overcrowded, but that's as I would expect it with 6 kids. I don't know how she will fit 8 more in there, but I don't think it's gross from these photos.
We have a fair amount of toys lying around with our one child, so this really doesn't shock me.

I really don't think it's that bad. There's just toys everywhere. but what do you expect with kids?

I think it seems like they have everything they need, like beds, clothes, toys, food, etc. It's just too much and too crowded and how are 14 kids really going to get enough of mom's attention?

I agree, nothing was unsanitary a fire hazard with too many kids yes. It was just very small and way too small for to bring her babies in it.

agree. I don't think it looks that bad at all.It's just very crowded. They do need a bigger place.

I guess I'm not the only one who feels her place isn't that bad... she has 6 kids of course it's going to be cluttered.
what I found interesting in that video is how the mother kept debating the daughter.
this whole story is weird.

ITA! I didn't think it was that bad. I have 3 kids and I feel like dealing with their clothes - what fits, what's outgrown, where to store it - is a full time job so I can only imagine with 6 kids. The cameraman was zooming in on - scribbling on the wall???? Big deal! I don't know if I'd have my toddler eating spaghetti in a booster seat on the rug but other than that it didn't seem to bad. I really haven't watched any interviews with her but she totally has that tone of voice of someone who believes their own BS. Most of what she said sounded like BS. She does seem somewhat intelligent, just mentally ill I guess.

A lot of babies go home to places a lot worse. I don't agree with what she did. But people are scrutinizing her more than other mothers.
