I had the best Mommy's morning ever..

They had a Mommy's breakfast over at daycare (in celebration of Mother's Day). It was nice to get the opportunity to meet her little friend's Mom's...usually you see one or two regulars in passing as we pick up/drop off. But since most of the classroom parties fall on weekends where Bob has her, I don't get to socially interact with many of the Mom's and feel very left out So that was good for me to connect with them, etc.

All the little ones made necklaces straight from the Kellogg's Fruit Loop couture line. Mine was missing many of the beads though...hmmmmm She wanted me to "leave" the necklace in case she got hungry later! I told her "tough!".

They sang three songs about how much they loved Mommy and it brought me to tears. Why oh why didn't I have the video camera with me?

I have to say, this morning was one of those moments that make you so happy to be a Mom
