I got proofed buying beer at King Kullen yesterday!!
The cashier gave me the look over and said "Do you have ID?" I didn't think she actually wanted to see it!!!!
I was like "Ummm, yeah. I'll be 40 in three weeks!" and the lady behind me said "NO WAY" ... I don't know why I was so amused. Usually it annoys me

Cashiers have to ask if you look under 30. They have people coming around all the time testing you, and if you don't ask, you can get fired.

ME too recently and she asked how old are you first and I said 33, and the guy in line behind me, said there is NO WAY she is 33. I laughed at him and showered her my ID and she was looking at it under a freaking microscope...and he kept saying, she is NOT 33. Maybe 21.
Im like this is ridiculous...
IT was a 10 minute ordeal!!

I was doing the same...like ok , I know I wlook younger, but why would I make myself...12 YRS older? Not a yr or two, I picked 12 yrs?

me too! when i buy alcohol i always have this paranoid look on my face cause i KNOW they're gonna ask for my ID. but i dont know why cause im over 21!
