I forgot how much I love that feeling after working out...
I have been really hitting the gym lately and increased my 30 min. cardio sessions to 45 min. my goal is an hour a day. I feel incredible!!!! Hopefully the scale will agree with me..lol
I just have to get myself there and when i am there, i love it.

I know, i went last night and hit the weights hard and I felt great when i left...Can't wait to go back tonight. This weather just makes me wanna work out like crazy!

yea its the weather.. whenever it gets nice out I want to wear less clothing and the nice weather wants me to loose weight and get tones for the summer :)
