I failed the 3 hr Glucose....I have Gestational Diabetes!
UH!!
So far, 3rd trimester s u c ks! I tested positive for the Ffn (fetal fibronectin) and have been home for about a week and 1/2. I find out tomorrow if I could go back to work on Monday. Now, this. I guess it could be worse. My first two trimesters were a breeze! On a positive note, I've been told that you can actually lose weight being that you are on a strict diet.
vent over....carry on.

Thanks Girls! You're right....it is only a few weeks. I think I could handle waiting til 36 weeks (which is when I'll be delivering.)
I had a feeling because of my PCOS; however, I was border line insulin resistant. And I was always thristy even after I drank a ton of water.

They are going to retest tomorrow. I feel fine. But, as a precaution, they asked me to stay home from work.

I don't have GD, but I agree that the 3rd trimester has been rough. Hang in there.
