I experienced my 1st "SWELLING" of hands/feet yesterday!
And OMG, ...I came home and took off my pumps,  yes...still wearing pumps at 35wks and I had FRED FLINTSTONE feet and my ering/band were so hard to get off!!
I have been so lucky so far with not swelling at all..it was shocking to see how bad I was.
Could of been the Bugles I was eating yesterday, FULL OF SODIUM!

The bugles and warm weather could of have something to do with it. I didnt start to see signs of swelling until my 38th week..

Funny, when I read your title I thought "It's probably from the damn Bugles."
And I curse them because I had the same issue yesterday after I ate a package of them after lunch.
Ah...the power of suggestion!!

i have not swell yet either but yesterday was bad!!! had to be the weather!!!!!!!
