I can't help it but I seem to be craving...
really bad foods for the past 2 weeks. I always want chocolate and burgers and fries. It's funny because I couldn't even smell fries the first 3 months! Anyone else just want chocolate all the time? Thanks!

Try eating chocolate pudding made with low-fat milk. That really helps my chocolate craving and I'm getting calcium!

My fav chocolate craving is chocolate milk! But I am the same way, I was not a junk food eater and french fries are my devil!
I eat them, just not everyday!
