I can't believe that my baby is going to be 2 years old on 4-18
I don't know where the time has went. 
I remember when you were born and all the emotional uncertainly I felt. Will I be a good mother to you? Can I do this? What will you be like? Can I handle it?
Then you scared us and had everyone thinking that your kidneys weren't functioning. I remember listening to you cry and scream as they did all those horrible tests on you. It was in that moment I knew that I was truly your Mommy because I wished that it was me in there and not you. I wished that I could make it all stop for you.
I have watched you grow and change so much in the two years. You are such an amazing little girl and I am truly blessed to have you as my daughter. It still seems surreal at times that I got so lucky that I have you!!
You are so special. Even though you are just a little tiny thing you have changed so many lives already. You have allowed your Mommy to become a strong more confident woman, more so then I ever thought I could be. You have allowed Daddy to be the mush that we all knew he was. You have healed Grandma and once again she can smile a big straight smile because of the joy that you have given her. You have given Pop Pop the opportunity to have the experience to watch his grandchild that he never knew he would have grow up. You have given all of your cousins the chance to remember what it was like to be a little girl again.
As you sleep tonight still one and awake tomorrow as a 2 year old I hope that you will have sweet dreams. As you sleep mommy will be having many dreams and thoughts of you too. I will be wondering what you will do this year that will amaze us, since you seem to amaze us daily. Mommy and Daddy will talk about all that you accomplished this year and what great plans we have for you for next year. We will share again all our hopes and dreams for you. We will remenice about the day you were born and we heard Dr S. say "It's a girl" and the look of shock on Daddy's face and the tears of joy that we shared at that moment.
Sleep well my angel and I hope that you have a very happy birthday tomorrow and very happy 2nd year!

I remember the day she was born too! I couldnt believe your dh actually called!!!! I was so happy for you guys!
I hope she has a wonderful birthday!!!!!!!! I cant believe shes 2 already! Where does the time go???
