Well i have been eating what i wanted when i wanted for the last couple of weeks now i decided to go on WW and loose some weight before we TTC agin. So i have the books and plan on keeping track of my points but i did not join ww or online which i had once done i hope this works i would like to loos 8 lbs before we ttc agin. Its going to be hard with teh holidays coming up.
Any advice?
