I am posting here, bec there is more traffic
and since I am going to tomorrow morning.
Has anyone ever done Iron Yoga?
I have been doing Power Yoga every Sat and since I am off tomorrow and they offer the class, I am going to take Iron Yoga.
Has anyone tried this? And what is like? How is it different than regular Yoga?

Just wanted to let you know, I love IRON YOGA.
Bascially it is yoga with weights.
