I am in teething He11
DD is getting her 2 canines and 2 bottom ( between the molar and middle 4 teeth)
She has not been eating good at all!!! Food she always eats she is throwing at me and has been crying everytime I go to put her in the highchair clinging to me like she is scared I feel so bad she just walks around all day wining and bitc#ing which is starting to get on my nerves but then I think about how painful this must for my be poor baby.
do you think this is why her sleep schedule has been crazy for the past 2 weeks?? She is now only napping in the AM refusing her PM nap and not going into bed until 8:30-9 at night and crying which is not like her at all....then we hear her at all hours of the night wining or crying. Last night was the worst by far so I brought her to the Dr to make sure there wasnt something else going on like her ears or throat KWIM anyway DR says just teething
guess I just neede to vent starting to feel like a bad mom cause all she has eaten today is cherrios & grapes for breakfast and french fries & strawberries for lunch she doesnt want any snaks or anything

Awww- I always hate how babies have to suffer so bad to get these teeth...then they just lose most of them anyway!
Have you tried giving her some Motrin? Works wonders for us.

Re: I am in teething He11
Been there since DS was 1...He is now 20 months and we are still there. Don't worry about what she is or isn't eating, she isn't going to starve.. Make sure she is drinking enough though.. Try ice pops or what worked for DS was frozen grapes or watermelon or blueberries in a mesh feeder... And Motrin...

Re: I am in teething He11
You know what, I never thought that my DD teething could be the reason she's been eating funny lately.
She's currently getting all 4 of her canine teeth in. They are all broken through, but these are the ones that get bigger and bigger and wider and wider as they come in.
Recently, DD doesn't like going in the high chair for dinner anymore. She isn't eating as much as she usually does. Maybe her teething has something to do with it. She's 19 months... she's also been much crankier than usual lately. Hmmmm....
