I am ALWAYS freezing. Could something be wrong with me?
I am unsure if it is because I am at the point of annoying my husband or what, but it seems that I am always cold lately. Its gotten to the point I put the seat heater on the car bc DH has the ac so high. DO you think its normal?

Sounds normal to me. You probably don't have much body fat and therefore you are more sensitive to cold. I am the opposite.

Are you anemic? Lack of iron can cause you to be cold sometimes.

i am the same way! FH is always mad b/c i want to put the heat on, even if it's 70 degrees out... but my grandmother is the same way, so i just chalk it up to genes.

is this new or have you always been like this??
ETA;
This happened to me a couple of years ago I all of a sudden became noticeably intolerant to cold...so I had my thyroid checked since underactive thyroid can also cause this...

I have the same issue. I've heard it could be caused from a vitamin deficiency or anemia. But I don't think that's the case for me. I think it has to do with the amount of body fat I have and my personal comfort zone. My office keeps the AC at 72 and I am chilly. I am most comfortable in the 76-78 range.

there could be an anemia or circulatory problem.. if its just ur cold all the time i wouldnt worry but if it bothers you to a painful point id get it checked out
i was like that a few years ago they put me on some circulatory meds... helped a bit but not enough to take them for long term so i just deal with the cold and bring a blanket and sweatshirt everywhere

i am always cold also!! always. ive had everything checked out, my blood pressure, thyroid, you name it. Its just my body makeup.
