HPT Line Question
So as you know I got my BFP about 2 weeks ago. SO I have been regularly still testing (I know I am NUTS!!). I started 2 weeks ago with a very faint line and the line has gotten darker over the past 2 weeks. On Friday it was VERY dark and then control line was light. SOI tested today and the test line was still dark but not as DARK as it was Friday!!
Should I be concerned.
I always test with the same brand. There was definitately 2 line of corse today, but the test line was not as dark as it was 3 days ago.

i would not worry. Whne r u going to the doctor?? The hormone levels through out the day, and can be diluted slightly if you drink too much fluid b/f.

Oh yea, I have done a digital and it says pregnant. See I have no doubt that I am pregnant. But I am concerned that maybe my hcg has a problem. I had it checked 2 weeks ago and it qas 97, normal for that point, but they did not repeat it. So I guess my question is....can you judge hcg via the darkness of lines on HPTs???

every test has different amounts of dye, even if they are the same brand.
You are going to drive yourself crazy testing like that, wait until your dr. app't!

Not sure but one of my two lines disappeared one week after i took the first test. Everyone here said it was b/c my HCG was soo high all the ink went to one line. Once i went to doc and he told me pregnant, thats when i felt more at ease.

I can totally relate. I can't stop taking dollar tree hpts and then obsessing over if the line is getting darker... I have two left, and I promised myself after I am done with those I am NOT buying anymore. I keep worrying myself because the line is never getting as dark as the control line.... I have my first appointment next tue, I'm hoping having the doctor confirm will make me feel better.
