Howe much do you pay for pre-school/Nursery???
I have seen prices ranging (per month) from $110 to $280 (2 days a week).
What is reasonable? What is average? What is the name of the school you send your child to and where are they located? The prices increase immensly.
I am just starting my search for a Nursery School Program for enrollment next September when my DD will by 2.5 years old. Any help is much appreciated!!! Thank you!

We pay a little over $3300 a year each. They go for roughly 10 months (mid Sept - early June), 3x a week for 2.5 hours. So that is about $330 a month, but we pay in 2 payments since if we paid monthly they charge a little more.

It was about $250/month when DS went 3x/week for 3 hours/day (3 year old).
Now he is in school 3 hours a day every day (9-12) and 9-2 on Friday's. We pay about $375/month (4 year old).

2 days a week, 2 1/2 hours a day- $204 a month. 2 year old program.

About 2700/year. This is for 3 days/3 hours a day. 10 months.

Same schedule for Sept 2009 for my DD. It will be between 150-165 a month

$195 per month for 3 days (12-2:30) 3 yr old program
Next year for the 4 year old program it's 5 days 9-12:45 and it's $257 per month
We pay in a 10 month cycle

$5945 plus $150 for security guard for the 08-09 year.
4% increase expected next year
Five Days a week- 9-12.

Not sure where you're located but in Malverne tonight they have an early childhood fair at the Malverne Town Hall on church street tonight at 8pm.
My school will be there, we have 3 day a week nursery (& next year may have 2 day).
