How/where can you find a good PT nanny? Where did you find yours?

How/where can you find a good PT nanny? Where did you find yours?
Ideally I'd like to find someone who can watch DS ~20 hours per week. I wouldn't want someone who simply watches DS but will plan activities to do with him during the time that she is with DS.
Can you recommend where I can find a good PT nanny?
Also, what is the going rate for a decent nanny in Long Island? What should I expect to pay her for 20 hours a week?

How would you split the 20 hours?
We have a part time nanny 3 days/week (which comes out to about 27 hrs/week). We found her through the nanny across the street. I think you should expect to pay about $100/day.

I was thinking 5-7 hours per day for 3 days/week. I'm pretty much looking for a nanny to give my mom a break.
