How should I cite substitute teaching experience on a resume?
Especially if I'm working in a couple of different districts?

Do you have any classroom experience? If yes, I would put each district separate - after your classroom experience
If not...I would probably put it after student teaching.
ROSYLN 2008 - present
* substitute teacher for (grade/level/district/school)
PORT WASHINGTON 2008 - present
* substitute teacher for (grade/level/district/school)
etc
see how that looks...remember there isn't an exact way that you have to do it
