How often does your 8-10 mth old poop? What do re constipation.
About a mth now, DD is barely pooping. Very constipated. I have tried it all, nothing is working to get her going. I can't figure out what's causing it.
How often is your 8-10 mth old pooping?
I tried prunes, juice, water, limiting binding foods, etc. I dont know what else to do!!!
ETA - She hasn't pooped in 4 days now.

Is she eating lots of veggies? What kind of fiber is she getting?

DD has had the opposite problem, pooping a lot more  to the point where she has an awful diaper rash now....
I think its from the introduction of all the new foods....
Have you tried the thermometer...I'm sure you have, but that's always helped DD....

Carrots
Squash
Peaches
Pears
Oatmeal
Barley
Yogurt
Peas
etc
I have limited binding foods, no bananas, no apples, no potatoes, etc.
So I am at a loss. Juice used to work....so did prunes but now they are not working and I dont know why.
TMI part...
Poor baby, the last few weeks when she would finally go it has been like a foot long (literally) and formed..

I havent tried the thermometer. I never have. I hate putting that up there.
Last week she had a bad rash too...from a few days of just pushing out little bits. Her butt was so red it was even slightly bleeding. Its all better now.
I have a good method for clearing that up if you want my suggestions.

It actually works and never bothered DD, it would actually relieve her....and I think it's probably the mildest thing you can do...its not as awful as it seems...
