i was just there on sunday (I live in CT though, so prices may be different on LI) but the largest Similiac Advance was 23 bucks.
ETA: I do believe Bj's had them for a little bit more but the container is bigger.

I know you said Walmart, but I purchased the one that makes 187oz and it was 21.97. I then went to Target to pick up some things and it was around $23.
