How many Trays do I need of CHicken ?? Help Please??
My parents party is next weekend, Iam having 80 people. I want to order chicken francaise. We are also having 4 trays of baked ziti, meatballs and 2 6ft heros, Bread, A large House Salad, Chicken nuggets for the kiddies and french fries, and mixed vegetablesI have never done this before. It says a full trays is about $90.00. How many trays do you think I need? I was thinking only 2 and cutting each piece in half, sometimes they tend to be very lasge pieces. ALso will be passing out H'ourdeous and having a vegetable platter and cheese and cracker platter.

4 trays of baked ziti sounds like alot.
I would say 2 trays of the chicken francese and 2 trays of the ziti. Maybe an add'l 1/2 tray for each of those dishes. 1 tray of meatballs.
And are you getting salads with the hero?
