DS loves the mum mums and he'll eat an entire box in one day if I let him lol. How many mum mums is too many in one day?

I'd probably only give a serving size ... maybe 1 1/2 servings. A whole box definitely isn't necessary. I'd rather have them snack on fruit that is healthy if they are that hungry.

They are rice so I was always careful to limit them because I found they constipated DS. If he wasw still hungry after a pack of 2 (or maybe a pack and a half) then I'd give him something else with it.

Chat Icon Obviously a box isnt necessary, I was just saying he probably would eat it if I offered it. I think I will maybe start him with some healthy finger food choices

This exactly. DD gets maybe one package every few days. I vary her snacks with puffs, yogurt melts and teething biscuits.
