how many kids in a 2 year old seperation class & how many teachers?
how many kids in a 2 year old class & how many teachers? the 2 hour 2 days a week kind. just trying to get the norm.

In the 2 year old classes my kids went to there were about 10 kids and there was one teacher and one assistant. Plus there is a video/audio monitoring system in all the classrooms so if a teacher needed assistance one of the 2 directors would be able to see it and step in.
There are always multiple classes out on the playground so that if one teacher had taken a kid or 2 to the bathroom and someone needed help (say a skinned knee or whatever) there were other adults around.

Last year DS's class had 11 kids.
1 teacher
1 assistant teacher
1 parent
It's a co-operative pre-school so the parents take turns. Sometimes there would be 2 parents or 2 assistant teachers, but that was the norm.

For my dds class there will be 6 kids 1 teacher, one teacher assistant, and one parent helper.

Our's has max 10 kids with one teacher and two assistants. Right now there are only 6 of them...in the fall there will be 6-7.
