How long does it take to get a response from an employment appeal?
I would say its been 1.5 months since my husband had to speak to a judge and his former employer who was contesting his unemployment benefits. Judge said she would make a ruling and we would receive something in the mail. How long does it normally take to get a ruling?

I'm not an employment lawyer, but I can tell you that it often takes a while to get an opinion/determination.
