For the bassinet part? I believe it is 15lbs?
As for the rest of it, my DS still sleeps in one when we are out and he is 26lbs and 18 months old.

Same here...DS is 17 mos old and just over 22 lbs & we still use it.
ETA: G could roll over & prop himself up before 15 lbs, so that is when we went to the bigger bit....
