How long do I give Pedialyte?
When can I start giving her water? I'm feeding her some chicken soup and dry toast (well I dipped the toast in the soup since it was hard for her to chew dry.)
She held down the Pedialyte this morning, but this is her first food in 24 hours. She still has dry diapers.

I would give it a few more days.
It took my DD a week to get back to full formula after having that stomach bug.

i agree it took ds almost a month to recover...you might mix it with the formula

DD is off the bottle and formula. She won't drink milk or juice, just water.

I would keep going for at least a week, yesterday DD had a dry diaper so last night I figured she is starving crying for her bottle so I gave her her formula ( soy) well this morning BAM explosive yellow seedy/chunky diahrrea - sorry to be so graphic but I dont think you want this.
I wish I didnt give her that formula.
she has been eating rice cereal with smashed bananas, drinking pear or white grape juice wont drink pedialyte I have to give in droppers, will eat crackers, white rice, today going to do pasta, she wont eat, she will eat yogurt but dr. said not too much. I cant wait for this bug to go!
