Re: how is the food at ciao baby?

We went to the one in Massapequa a couple of times. They give HUGE portions. It was pretty good, but not the BEST Italian I've ever had. It was very noisy. I went with DH and we sat at a table that was very close to the tables on either side of us. We felt like we were eating with them! The nights we were there they had a really annoying singer walking around the tables. At one point he shoved the mike in DH's face and he had to sing a line from the song.

definitely nice enough

but i would be cautious about the number of people attending...

the one in Commack isnt the most spacious places

i think i would opt for somewhere else

Re: how is the food at ciao baby?

I like it- I agree, not the best but VERY good. It is small. I have been to Massapequa and Commack and for me Commack was much better.

I've only been the one in Commack. I think it's overrated. Portions are huge.

I completely agree. I went to the one in Massapequa. The food was good, kind of expensive (you can find cheaper better Italian food elsewhere). Nice place, good food, but I dont know why it gets so much hype.

Re: how is the food at ciao baby?

The one is Massapequa is good, but VERY noisy. If you want a intimate gathering, I wouldn't recommend going here.
