12 weeks, with the exception of my sister and my 2 closest friends. I didn't want everyone to know, in case something went wrong.

Our parents we told at about 5 1/2 weeks after our 1st appt (we wanted them to know - plus we were having complications)
Everyone else - not until 10 weeks and I wanted to wait until 12 weeks - but all of the family was going to be in town so we decided to tell everyone

We told our immediate families at 8 weeks after our first doctors appt and then the rest of our families and friends around 10-12 weeks, when we saw them.

We told everyone right away with both pregnancy's, it would be so hard for me to keep it a secret for 3 months. Once I got that BFP, I was on the phone! lol

8 weeks for family, i told them on christmas day otherwise we probably would have waited until 12 weeks.

Parents - day I POAS (b/c I had a previous m/c so they already knew we were trying)
Siblings - 4 1/2 / 5wks (as we saw them)
One close friend - 10 wks
Other friends - 13 1/2 wks
Relatives - 14 wks
Work - 16 wks
Phew - I'm so relieved everyone finally knows!

Sibling & close friends - 4 1/2 - 5 wks
One set of parents - almost 6 wks
We'll tell the rest of the family after the first sono - at 8 wks.
Work, I'm holding out for 10-12 wks.
I really couldn't wait to tell everyone...I figured if anything was wrong, these were the same people I'd need around me during that time.

Parents, Siblings and a few friends about 4.5 weeks
Family we told this past weekend, 6 weeks.
Everyone else we plan on telling within the next few weeks.

Exactly! That's how we got around telling the rest of the family because between my family and DH's family they all basically told one another which left us with no other choice but to tell the members of our family who didn't know.
