How do you figure out how long your Luteal Phase is?
Anyone know?

It's the time between the date you ovulate and the date AF comes. You would have to know the exact date you ovulate (maybe through OPKs and temping). I think they range from 10-16 days, with 14 being "normal" for a 28 day cycle, and under 10 being somewhat worrisome.

OK-- well, I am trying not to make myself crazy with OPKs and testing just yet.
I'll see if I can figure it out with tracking my cycle and CM.

Luteal Phase = 2WW = 14 days (or so) of the complete loss on ones sanity.
