How do I get a gasoline smell out of car?
Any suggestions? DH spilled some while transporting a lawn mover and the car REEKS..........It's disgusting and I refuse to drive in it and now it's "his" car...LOL

I would tell DH to get it detailed. You can't drive pregnant in a car that reeks of gasoline

I know - I am so annoyed. And its a "free" minivan that we sort of inherited and I was supposed to start using it when the baby gets here (even though I hate it!!)

Did it spill on a piece of the carpet that you can pull out of the car?? Dh just spilled some while transporting also and we pulled the carpet out and powerwashed it. The smell is gone.
If not I'd go w/ getting it detailed like the girls above said.
