hotel recs in st martin, barbados or st thomas?
I was looking for a quick vaca w/ a direct flight...
but some of the hotels didnt really get favorable reviews...does anyone have any recs for these islands?
I was looking at the Marriot in St Thomas, The Crane Resort in Barbados or Westin or Raddison in St Martin
If anyone has any other suggestions I will gladly accept
Aruba & PR are out though

We stayed at Turtle Beach Resort in Barbados in October and loved it. It's all inclusive and we liked that the section of beach was not calm like the West coast of the island. We were also there for two hatchings of turtle eggs and that was amazing.

We stayed at the Pelican resort on St Maartin, booked it through Cheap Caribbean.com and loved it. Not sure that resort is being offered on there anymore, it was a timeshare. but I'm sure they have a website. gl

For Barbados we liked, The Hilton and Savannah. I'm from there so pretty much any hotel that is 4 or 5 stars is a good bet.
ETA: the Crane is out in the island and not so close to the town area.

We stayed at the Hilton in Barbados last year. We loved it. The beach and the ocean were incredible.

We stayed at the pelican too, it was nice.

I have stayed at the Crane in barbados. The resort is beautiful. They have a few pools and the beach is beautiful. It is very rough though. We could not swim in the water because it was too wavy. It is also far away from the town.
