Hot Holiday Moms Weekly Check In
Hi All
How's it going?
I am happy to say I was down another 1lb this week at WI. I was hoping for more but 8lbs in 3 weeks is pretty good.
I still need to really work on exercise (only worked out twice last week) and water. Some days I do great and other days I barely get any in at all.
I am feeling hopeful that I can make 20lbs by the end of our challenge.

Thats great!
I don't even want to look at the scale...went totally off track the whole weekend. I was in my friends wedding and the food was sooooooo good

I actually have lost 2 pdas and i think its just from running around.. really have not been eating ot much junk so its good

I'm doing pretty good. I had a lot of salty foods over the weekend, so according the scale today, I lost nothing, but I know that's not the case becuase I have a pair of pre-prego pants on today at work!
