Hope this is not a stupid question...
I was wondering which method or meds can cause multiple births?? I heard that there are certain fertility pills or methods that cause this. Just wondering!

It's not a stupid question. I would say that anything, be it clomid or the IVF drugs that makes you produce more than one egg in any given cycle gives you a higher chance of having a multilpe pregnancy. That being said, just one egg can split in two. The chance of multiples also increases with age.
