Home Inspection - $495.00. A good deal?
I haven't shopped around on Home Inspectors. Didn't know if $495.00 was good (report to include termite inspection as well). If not, does anyone have any recommendations?

we paid 350 but that was a few months ago I am not sure if they upped it since then.

Home Sweet Home Inspections, they are very thorough!
I used them for our house as well as SweetTooth and MrsFlatBread.
The entire inspection was $435 (includes house and termite inspection).
We used Joe from Home Sweet Home Inspections, Inc.

We were told between $400-$500 depending on the size of the house.
I think we ended up paying $450.

I think we paid around $400 and that included the pest inspection and was also done by a certified engineer not just a home inspector.
