holy crap... I did a spinning class today..
Since I am not working right now, I thought I would take advantage of some of the classes at the gym to spice up my work out. I have a feeling I am gonna be sore as sh!t tomorrow! I have only taken one other spinning class-- that was with my mom and she kicked my arse!

Spinning was hard as hell for me at first. But if you keep going, you will get addicted!! I swear--esp if your teacher plays good music.
I cant wait to start going again

she didn't play great music... but I will try it again. It's a hard cardio work out-- so, it's good to do every now and then.
