Holy COW do those 5 "S's" work!!
So with a 4 week old, who has time to read a book? Not me!
So I got the DVD The Happiest Baby On the Block and it is a life saver!!! Amazing stuff that Dr does.

We watched the DVD too. I read the book and the DVD was so much easier to understand and to see it in practice helped us do it right. The 5 S's are fantastic!
