Holbrook Ladies- Joe's In and Out Burger...
...is now just Joe's Burger! 
I drove by the other day and the In and Out part of the sign was down.
So now it just says Joe's... with a big space.... then Burger!
I know there was a lawsuit- I guess they had to take down that part of the sign.
Still no activity there as far as I can see...

it was taken down 2 weeks ago. Someone sent a picture of the property to In-N-Out burger and now there is some sort of suit against the place.
I wouldnt doubt if its months until this place opens...if it ever does....
