the only one I would possibly recommend is Agaen Pizza in the Path Mark shopping center. they don't deliver but it is SOOOOO WORTH THE TRIP!  they have a line out into the mall everytime I go there. and it's for a reason

We used to get from Royal on 112 in Patchogue...they might deliver to Holbrook.
ETA- I miss their sesame crust...Mmmmmmmmmmm!

No one really delivers good pizza here. We like Mamma Lombardi's Silician, Joe's, Aegean's and Saviano's in Bohemia is really good too.
