hoarse voice in 5 month old?
She seems to be feeling fine but her voice is all hoarse? Anyone ever see this? I dont know if I should be concerned

This happened to DD from time to time and it always made me wonder, but nothing ever came of it. If she has been crying a lot recently or experimenting with her voice it can happen. Or if it's particularly dry in the house from the heat coming on. You might want to try a humidifier and if it isnt' better in a few days you can always call the ped to reassure you

This happened to my DD last month (6 months)-she had it for like two days and then she got a little cold :(

from about 3-6 months my dd had this..on and off, but mostly on..my dh has a very raspy voice and we assumed she was taking after him..i was kinda excited, it sounded cute lol
But alas,,she is no longer hoarse :)

Thanks....Im just a bit concerned and may call the dr later cause dh and I have been sick...although she seems fine other then to voice and it breaks my heart when she crys...we already use a humidifier...I guess see how today goes
