I took a HIT lower body class for 30 minutes then a HIT upper body 30 minute class...I am hobbling around today like a cripple. I could barely do half of what the others in the class do. Not only am I using much less weight I can't sustain myself. In my defence I am coming off shin splint injuries and a sinus infection...so Im allowed to be awful right...I have no strength...my coaches would have died...the instructer was laughing at my 3lb dumbells!!

Wow...I am weak...if I have any intention on running another marathon these classes will be a permanent part of my schedule.
