high fiber foods kids like?
DD doesn't eat veggies :( and she needs fiber very badly !! how can i sneak it in?!

Edemame is very high in fiber, but there's no way to really hide it.
Pumpkin and squash can be easily hidden in other foods (mac n cheese with squash, butternut squash risotto, pumpkin pancakes).

You can also sneak pureed veggies into things like meatballs.

prunes
beans
my son is not a green veggie lover but he'll eat ANYTHING i put into a soup. so I make a lot of soups and braises. if it tastes like meat, he's all about it
ETA: whole wheat pizza (sneak spinach underneath the cheese)

Persimmons and they are in season right now. They are an orange fruit that looks like a tomato. They have a sweet melony taste. My son loves them so I read up on there nutrition and they are loaded with fiber and considered a super food for kids! One small persimmon as double the fiber of a large apple!

I think pears have a good amount of fiber
Have youconsidered benefiber? My little guy eats a ton of fruits and veggies but he still needs a teaspoon of benefiber in his bottle every night. He's 18 mts old

I make steel cut oats overnight in crockpot w/apples and cinnamon, so good!! Maybe try that with pears for even more fiber? I think I will try it too!

I make homemade pancakes & use only whole wheat flour & add toasted oat bran to it. I usually grate in peeled apples also.
We only buy high fiber bread (he reallly whole wheat flat breads!!)
