Here is my story-I'll give you the short version
I have been lurking for a while and have posted a few times. I finally feel ready to tell my story.
I'm 36 and have been TTC for 2 years.
I tried on my own for a year and them was sent to an RE-San Roman.
I took clomid for 6 months and did 4 IUIs. All tests came out fine...so what was the problem?
Well, I've had a fibroid on my uterus for a couple of years. AF was always extremely heavy, but I was always told that it wouldn't interefer with TTC. When San Roman wanted to move onto injectables, I decided to get a second opinion.
I read a post from Jen 2999 (THANK YOU!). She was talking about Dr. Kenisgberg. I went to see him and he immediately sent my for an MRI. He told me tha the fibroid was flattening my uterus and it needed to come out! I had surgery at the end of May. AF is totally normal I've been healing for 3 cycles and we can TTC as soon as AF is here -hopefully Saturday!!

Oh no, another bad story about RSofNY. I'm sorry that happened to you People seem to have varied opinions on that practice, some good, some not so good. I'm glad you saw Dr. K and are ready to be on the road to your BFP! Lots of luck to you! I go to LI-IVF and really love them there.

Sorry you had such a hard time.
I honestly beleive that RSNY is good if you don't have any major issues. MF, PCOS and/or unexplained IF are easily treated and most people will get PG within 6 months of IUI or IVF.
The problem is if you have other issues such as endo/fibroids/cysts and I just don't think RSNY is equipped to handle them.
I'm glad you are on the right track and hope you get your BFP soon!!!
