help my toddler ha a fever and wont take medicine
this was so much easier when he was younger!!! ( he's almost 2 1/2). any suggestions? he wont take the chewables....can I add it to his water??
what do you do? thanks

Do younhave liquid meds? I literally sit on top of ds and squeeze them in and run.

DS has to take allergy medicine EVERY night.
We started ( after the fight the fights ended in tears for both of us) putting in a 1/2 ounce of apple or orange juice & letting him drink it with a straw!
Works like a charm still!!
DS is almost 2 1/2 & we have beendoing this since before he was 2.

Emily... I do exactly what Val does....u know how crazy jack can be and he take it so much better now then when he was little.. I have also mixed it with drinkable yogurts and called it juice. Hope josh feels better

Jack has been battling a virus for a few weeks now... it stinks... darn daycare germs lol... if there is anything u need let me know

If the fever isn't that high I wouldn't worry about it. DD won't take medicine so she just suffers through whatever. She will take antibiotics so that's good.

my daughter is usualy pretty well no i lied shes OKAY with taking it sometimes but tohers she refuses refuses refuses- so unfortunately if she really needs it my husband hold squeezes her cheeks together and forces it in- gotta do what ya gotta do sometimes.
